Retrieve your password

Recover your B2TRADER account password easily. Follow simple steps for an email-based password reset process

In case you have lost your password, you can retrieve it as follows:

On the Login page, click Forgot your password?.

Type in your email address, then click Send to receive a confirmation code at the specified email address.

If you don’t see the email with a confirmation code in your Inbox, please check your Spam folder. After one minute, you can also request a new confirmation code.

Type in the received confirmation code, then click Confirm.

Type in the new password.

The password must contain at least six symbols and include uppercase and lowercase Latin letters, special characters, and digits.

Click Set password to proceed.

Now you can specify the new password on the Sign in page to access the exchange.
